Respect™ unified Wrapper

Delivered as an option with each of the applications in KIVA's integrated Respect solutions suite, unified Wrapper creates a single dashboard by 'wrapping' a set of navigational controls and summary information around all other existing Microsoft and Web applications. It provides your customer/member service representative and tellers with all the sales and service information they need (i.e. customer relationship profiles, sales, service and personal messages, sales referrals, individual performance, etc.) to serve customers/members well. They can quickly open an account, process transactions or look into a customer's inquiry, while at the same time, easily identify and act on opportunities to enhance and/or expand relationships-without disrupting those applications.
